Brief
Ali Public School's Junior, Girls, and Boys campuses ran their timetables on Excel — fragile, hard to update mid-term, and impossible for staff to check without asking the admin office directly.
Process
Discovery around how the school actually scheduled classes and handled mid-term changes, then a database-backed system built to match that workflow instead of forcing a generic template onto it — deployed and iterated with real school staff using it.
